1) A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for a total amount over $30 and is applied toward your procedure. Tips are not accepted.

2) We require 24-hour notice for changes and allow a 5-minute grace period. Late cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, or arrivals over 5 minutes late will forfeit deposits/prepayments. Please plan ahead for traffic and weather.

3) If you arrive late and we can’t complete all your scheduled services, you’re still responsible for the full cost, as we reserved extra time for your request

4) Hair must be AT LEAST half inch long which means no waxing, trimming or shaving for the past four weeks.

5) ***If you’re 5+ months pregnant and haven’t visited us at least 3 times in the last 5 months, we cannot wax you. Hormones and swelling make it an extremely uncomfortable experience for you. NO EXCEPTIONS.

6) We only accept clients who are 18 years or older and our tables accommodate up to 300 pounds**.

7) We use an all purpose STRIP wax.

8) Yes, you can wax during your period. Just use a tampon or menstrual cup!
